Feeling Stuck in Life? You Don’t Need a Five-Year Plan
By Breebo

Stuck doesn’t mean broken. It usually means overloaded and under-directed.
Stuck is often “too many options” in a trench coat
Or no good options that feel safe. Either way, your brain freezes and calls it destiny. Rude.
Feeling stuck can also be exhaustion wearing a costume. If you’re depleted, “what’s my purpose” is a heavy question to ask before you’ve slept or eaten something that isn’t vibes.
Shrink the question
Don’t ask “What should I do with my life?” Ask “What’s one honest next step this week?” Careers, relationships, cities — they move through small commitments, not cinematic epiphanies.
Examples of honest next steps: one conversation, one application, one boundary, one afternoon of research. Not a rebrand of your entire identity by Friday.
Separate fear from preference
“I don’t want that” and “I’m scared to want that” feel similar in the body. They’re not the same. Sorting them is half the unsticking.
How Breebo helps you unstick
